SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Shipping
PrettyDNA offers a flat rate shipping of $7.50 on all US orders by UPS, Fedex ground or USPS. Items usually ship within 1-2 business days, arriving in approximately 3-5 business days for major metropolitan areas and 5-7 business days for more rural areas in the contiguous 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska will have to add an additional 2 - 3 business days for expected delivery. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday, or on a long weekend that includes an additional national holiday after the weekend, will usually ship out on the following regular business day. Tracking is provided with every package and arrival time is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival, you can purchase an upgraded shipping method of an additional charge. All orders over $500 require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Promotional discounts are only applicable with promotion codes, which will alter the shipping cost at occasions.
International Shipping
PrettyDNA offers worldwide shipping via UPS, Fedex or USPS Air Mail.
Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Shiping charges will be calculated during checkout. International orders of over $250 and under $350 will be charged a flat rate of $10. Orders over $350 will receive complimentary free shipping.
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
PrettyDNA reserves the right to refuse to sell or cancel an order where items are prohibited in the recipient's country.The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and must comply and be responsible for all Import Fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Full purchase amount will be credited back once the order has been rejected.
If you refuse a shipment from prettyDNA.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to prettyDNA.com.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to send a shipment to more than one address you will have to place separate orders for each designation. Once an order has been processed and sent to the warehouse we can not change the shipping addresses or cancel the order.

All prices on this site are listed in US dollars and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card. Exchange rates vary daily and by what country you are in. |
