OUR LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
• What It Is :
PrettyDNA's loyalty rewards program is a system that helps loyal customers gain their well deserved perks according to their status level. Points can be used in two ways. First, you can save them up and reach status limits and become a VIP member of our site. Remember, points do not expire, so you can take your time to build up your status without worrying about them disappearing! Second, you can convert your points to cash* and redeem it during checkout. We encourage you to keep your points and enjoy status perks since the redeemable cash is proportionately lesser value compared to the perks. Please read further for a full scope of the rewards program.
• How It Works :
Points are given starting from the very moment you become a member! There are several ways you can rack up your points. Bottom line is the more you use the site, the faster you will reach your status. Here are the minimum points to reach each status level. · Silver = 1,200 points · Gold = 2,000 points · Platinum = 3,500 points · Diamond = 5,000 points
• Status Privileges :
· Silver = 5% off every purchase. · Gold = 10% off every purchase, free domestic standard shipping. · Platinum = 15% off every purchase, free domestic standard shipping, double points at checkout. · Diamond = 20% off every purchase, free standard shipping, triple points at check out, priority status on items, complimentary gift.
• Purchase Points :
Points are given to the amount BEFORE tax and shipping at checkout. Any returned item will have their points deducted from your account. Points are not transferable to other accounts or friends. Points can be redeemed and used as cash during check out on regularly priced merchandise (excluding shipping and taxes). Every purchase receives 1% points back. Points are rounded off to the nearest dollar. For example: $20 spent = 20 points, $9.95 spent = 10 points, and $7.45 spent = 7 points Redeemable cash conversion is calculated as 1 point = 1 cent. For instance, 20 points = 20 cents redeemable and 1,000 points = 10 dollars redeemable. We encourage you to hold on to your points and reach status, since the benefits you receive from the loyalty rewards program is greater than points converting to cash.
• Registration Points :
20 points will be awarded at registration.
• Product Review Points :
· Every written review = 5 points. · Every picture review with at least 80% of the item shown in the picture, on our site = 10 points.
• Daily Login Point :
1 point is awarded for each day you login. You can earn up to 365 points per year by just coming to the site without spending a single penny!
• Referral Points :
40 points will be credited to your account once your friend makes his/her first purchase. Email invitations sent from the site are limited to 5 per day. Your personal invitation code and link can be copied and pasted anywhere.
• YouTube Video Review Points :
Every review video of PrettyDNA items posted on YouTube can be submitted to info@prettyDNA.com for verification.
· Dedicated review video = 50 points · Review video mixed with other stores' items = 12 points · Mention, without showing the product in the video = 2 points
• Redeemed Points :
Redeeming your points to cash is solely your choice. You can decide when and how much you want to use your points. However, your status is not guaranteed. If you points balance drops below each status minimum number, your status will be revoked or lowered accordingly. If you stack your points back to the minimum, you will have your status back. For example : You had 1,400 points and were enjoying your silver status. You decided to redeem 400 points during your recent checkout of 100 dollars. You will have 400 points deducted and 100 purchase points added to your points balance. 1,400 - 400 + 100 = 1,100 points is your new balance. You have dropped below the minimum points of being a Silver member, so you have lost your status and benefits as a status member. Once you gain back 100 more points, without redeeming any, you will have your silver status back. Example 2 : You are enjoying your Gold Status with a balance of 2,650 points. You decided to use 1,000 points while checking out 50 dollars. 2,650 - 1,000 + 50 = 1,700. You have lost your Gold status, but will be in the Silver status range. Points are only redeemable during checkout. We can not convert your points to cash without a purchase.
• PrettyDNA uses only USD for the site currency.
