All items must be sent back to prettyDNA.com with a postmark that is within 14 days of receiving the package. Items should also have the red return tag attached to insure a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply repack the item and send it back to us. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Once your order is received you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. The original $7.50 shipping fee is not refundable.

Damaged items should be sent back at no cost and a full refund will be issued to your debit/credit card. Damaged items without the red return tag attached will be credited 75% of the original purchase price. Sample sales are final and cannot be returned. Some sample sale items can be in damaged condition and will be fully disclosed. Due to the nature of sample sale conditions, sample sale items are nonrefundable.

If you decide to return the merchandise after 14 days of receiving the package, we will deduct 15% of the full amount for restocking fee. On top of that, if the red return tag is ripped, tampered, altered, missing or cut off, you will receive a total of 75% of your original purchase amount back.
